Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with HEERIFY. We strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive a defective product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
The product is returned without its original packaging.
The return request is made after the return window has expired.
The product is a personal-use item that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, unless it is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI account.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
